We have arranged for several Hotels to set aside blocks of rooms for this event.  We have provided you with all the necessary information to help you make your selections such as complete room and hotel amenity info, rates and there is a link to each hotel below so you can take a virtual tour of each facility.    Each of the hotels have set up a group code with an 800 number and many have online ability for your parents to make their reservations.
