We will be having a Team Party/BBQ on Sunday Evening from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. It will be held at Majestic Park's Lower Fields # 7-12. The BBQ is being catered by Memphis BBQ !!! Because it is being catered, we will need an exact count of those that plan to attend it. All Players and 4 staff members will be Free. Your team may order additional tickets for Friends, Family or additional Staff Members. The BBQ will be being served from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Come early and enjoy all the fun. We will have a DJ to help set the party atmosphere. Your BBQ tickets will be given to your Team Manager at Team Check In. Your BBQ tickets will also double to enter you into a FREE Raffle that we will be holding at 7:00 pm. We have some very exciting prizes like bats, gloves, helmets, bat bags, etc. Additional Raffle Tickets may be purchased that evening. BBQ Tickets may not be purchased that night. The deadline to order additional BBQ tickets is July 15th. Pre Orders are closed. We had a great response to the Team Party/BBQ !! There will be 2,514 participants!
